Northern Residences

Where Grandeur Reaches

Flushing is a historic neighborhood that has significantly transformed itself time and time again. Northern Residences is proud to be part of the newest iteration of Flushing. Home to the New York Mets, who play at Citi Field—a mere 5-minute drive from Northern Residences (30-minute walk)—as well as the US Open Tennis Championships, one of the four premier annual Grand Slam tennis tournaments, Flushing attracts sports fans from around the world.

Find a home at Northern Residences in Flushing’ s celebrated epicenter. Less than a block away from Northern Residences resides the Old Quaker Meeting House. Built in 1694, the Old Quaker Meeting House serves as the oldest place of worship within New York City and is recognized as a New York and National Historic Landmark. Right next door to Northern Residences is our esteemed neighbor, Flushing Town Hall

Another esteemed National Historic Landmark, Flushing Town Hall was erected in 1862 to function as the administrative heart of Flushing, predating its integration into New York City in 1898. Today, Flushing Town Hall stands as a bastion of cultural enlightenment, hosting the Flushing Council on the Arts, an institution dedicated to enriching the Queens community through artistic engagement and education. We are a proud next neighbor to Flushing Town Hall, incorporating modern amenities while appreciating its iconic red adornments—a cherished masterpiece, imbued with both value and precious historical significance, within the annals of architectural heritage.
